Actress Naomi Watts celebrated her 45th birthday in a romantic way with her boyfriend Liev Schreiber.

Schreiber whisked Watts away for her birthday Saturday and the two were spotted getting into a private helicopter here.

Watts appeared to be extremely excited about their trip and was laden down with Louis Vuitton luggage, reports dailymail.co.uk.

The "Diana" actress began her birthday celebrations a day early at the premiere of "Captain Phillips" at the New York Film Festival Friday night.
