Pakistan teacher arrested for raping child

A school teacher in Pakistan has been arrested for allegedly raping a seven-year-old student, media reported Tuesday.

Police said the suspect allegedly subjected the class three student to a criminal assault in the toilet of a government school in Memon Goth in Karachi Monday, Dawn online reported.

Police arrested the teacher following a complaint by the girl's father and registered an FIR against him.
