It was a sunny but pleasant Wednesday in the national capital with the maximum temperature recorded at 30.4 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average. The met department has forecast a partly cloudy Thursday.
"The sky Thursday is likely to be cloudy," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 31 degrees and 19 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature Wednesday was recorded at 19.6 degrees Celsius, average for the season.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 29 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature recorded was 21.8 degrees Celsius, two degrees above average.
