President to visit Maharashtra, Karnataka
President Pranab Mukherjee will embark on a two-day visit to Maharashtra and Karnataka on Saturday.
According to Rashtrapati Bhavan, Mukherjee will address a convocation ceremony at the College of Military Engineering, Pune, on Saturday before leaving for Karnataka where he will attend the inauguration of the phase-I metro in Bengaluru.
On Sunday, the President will lay the foundation stone of a Super Specialty Hospital of BRS Health and Research Institute at Udupi.
