Saudi oil pipeline briefly set alight

A "limited fire" broke out in a subsidiary oil pipeline in eastern Saudi Arabia Saturday after assailants fired shots at a security patrol, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The incident occurred early Saturday (2.00 a.m.) but the authorities reached the site and soon doused the fire, a police spokesperson said in Eastern Province.
