Seven civilians die in Afghan bombing

Seven civilians were killed and two injured in a roadside bombing in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province on Sunday.

A roadside bomb hit a civilian vehicle in Pachiragam district, Xinhua news agency quoted the Interior Ministry as saying.

Taliban militants and other insurgent groups have been using Improvised Explosive Devices to target security forces but the weapons also inflict casualties on civilians.
