Shooting reported at US navy facility

A shooting incident occurred on a navy property in the US state of Tennessee Thursday, Xinhua reported citing the US Navy.

Confirming the incident on its official Twitter account, the US Navy said the shooting took place at its facility located in Millington, Tennessee, about 28 km north of Memphis.

The facility has been locked down due to the incident and a suspect is now in custody, it added.

At least two people have been shot during the incident, but both were in non-critical condition, media reports said.
