TV actress Mayim Bialik, who has filed a lawsuit following her horrible car accident last August, has sought to clear up reports that the scary incident almost cost her a hand.
"I did not almost lose my hand," the star of "The Big Bang Theory" told E! News.
However, even after more than a year, she hasn't fully recovered.
"I sustained significant injuries for which I am still recovering and will continue to be recovering," said the Emmy-nominated actress.
When asked how she is doing, she answered "it's alright".
"I'm aware of it every day not being one hundred percent," she said. "At least it wasn't my face torn open," she added.
The lawsuit was filed against the other driver and Hertz Rent-a-Car.
