Sun Pharma completes acquisition of US InSite Vision

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd on Tuesday said it has successfully completed the acquisition of US based ophthalmic drug maker InSite Vision Inc.

In a statement, Sun Pharma said the acquisition was completed by means of a short-form merger under Delaware law.

Post the short-form merger, Insite has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pharma, the statement added.
