Timex posts Rs.4.74 crore Q1 loss

Timepiece and jewellery manufacturer Timex Group India on Thursday reported a net loss of Rs.4.74 crore for the first quarter of 2015-16 as against Rs.3.59 crore loss in the same period last year.

In a regulatory filing, the company said that total income from operations grew 16 percent to Rs.38.01 crore in the first quarter from Rs.32.58 crore last year.

Total expenses also grew from Rs.35.67 crore to Rs.42.08 crore now.
