Uber launches bike-sharing service in Dhaka

Ride-hailing app Uber on Tuesday announced the launch of its bike-sharing service UberMOTO here.

Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, skipper of the Bangladesh cricket team, took the first MOTO ride in the city, reports Xinhua news agency.

With the launch, Uber will take another step forward in its efforts to redefine urban mobility in Dhaka that it started 11 months back with the launch of UberX and more recently with UberPREMIER, the company said.
