Uganda's new prime minister sworn in

Uganda's new prime minister, Ruhakana Rugunda, was sworn in Thursday at a ceremony at the State House in Entebbe, 40 km south of the capital Kampala.
Rugunda, a former health minister who replaces the sacked Amama Mbabazi, took the oath of allegiance before President Yoweri Museveni, Xinhua reported.
Uganda's parliament had Tuesday approved Rugunda appointment the sacking of Mbabazi by President Museveni Sep 19.
