Adjudged man-of-the-match for his brilliant bowling performance, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Dwayne Bravo said he wanted to make it count with the ball after he got out cheaply against the Kolkata Knight Riders in an Indian Premier League (IPL) contest here on Tuesday.

Having got out for five, Bravo did shine with the ball as he pocketed three prized KKR scalps giving away 22 runs from his three overs.

"It was a great team effort. Disappointed with the way I got out. So I wanted to do something special," Bravo said at the post-match presentation ceremony.

Bravo also credited MS Dhoni for the way he led his side and said the catch to get rid of Suryakumar Yadav running in from long-on boundary was a "special one".

"Well done to Mahi (Dhoni), he led the team very well and won us the game and that catch was really special one, it reminded me 4-5 years ago when I started playing international cricket. I still have it in me, I believe," he said.

Asked about bowling at the death, Bravo quipped:"I prepare myself to defend 14 off the last over and if anything is over 14, it is a bonus. This is the kind of situations I practise, bowling to(Brendon) McCullum and (Kieron) Pollard back home.
