Ever since Kate Moss stepped out in skinny jeans, they've been a staple in most women's wardrobes. Would it be possible to wipe them out from the high street fashion scene?
According to The Business of Fashion, the major clothing brands tried to kill the trend three years ago in the hope of bringing new styles into the market and they're trying it again with the recent foray into dressy sweat pants.
"Women basically said, 'I'm not wearing tight jeans - I'm done with them'," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Marshal Cohen, chief industry analyst at NPD Group Inc., as saying.
So ladies, is it time to ditch the skinny jeans and embrace a more relaxed vibe.
