A housewife was allegedly gang-raped by three men in West Bengal's Birbhum district, police said on Sunday.
The incident happened on Friday in Kurumgram area, some 210 km from Kolkata. The victim said she was going to answer nature's call in the open at night when the accused forced themselves on her.
"The victim has complained of rape by three men. A medical test is being conducted. No arrest has been made so far," a police officer said.
The three named in the complaint - Abir Mondal, Sukhen Mondal and Bibhas Mondal- are absconding, the official added.
