Young girl gang-raped in Gurgaon

A 19-year-old call centre employee was raped by three men here early Wednesday, police said.

The young girl was returning from her friend's birthday party in sector 46 of Gurgaon post-midnight Wednesday, police said.

Joint Commissioner of Police Maheshwar Dayal said the main accused Dinesh offered her a lift on his bike to the nearest metro station.

Police also said that Dinesh is a property dealer and a resident of Jharsa village on the Gurgaon-Delhi expressway. His two accomplices have been identified as Naveen and Satyadev. All three men are in their mid 20s.
