Diverting attention

A senior BJP leader went to meet Home Minister P Chidambaram on the lawlessness in Manipur. After the discussion ended, Chidambaram couldn’t resist asking him about the latest on the infighting in the BJP. The BJP leader, apparently prepared for this, quipped, “Don’t you realise that I am trying to bring issues like Manipur to you just to divert everyone’s attention from the BJP?”
