Naresh Nayyar, currently managing director of Essar Oil, quit public sector company Indian Oil years ago. However, the filing information by Indian Oil on the Bombay Stock Exchange lists Nayyar as director (planning and business development). Interestingly, it also mentions S Behuria, who was replaced by B M Bansal in March this year, as the company’s chairman and managing director.
