Legal trouble for Digvijay

After being out of action for more than two weeks during the coal block controversy, BJP President Nitin Gadkari, who was on a holiday in Canada, is now contemplating legal action against Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh for accusing him of benefiting from an alleged partnership in the allocation of coal blocks in Chhattisgarh. The party president now wants Digvijay Singh to issue an apology for making the allegation against him and BJP MP Ajay Sancheti. Gadkari’s lawyers have warned Singh that if he does not issue an apology within three days, they will be forced to file a criminal defamation case against Singh.
