“Mills & Boon and banking”, February 16, was quite an eye-opener. Most chief executives in this day and age like to boast of the management books they’re reading or of some other heavy-duty tome. Shikha Sharma, on the other hand, is quite upfront about the fact that she reads Mills & Boon romances and watches Hindi films for de-stressing.
