Zero sum

The finance ministry has become the victim of internet fraud again. The name and logo of the ministry is being used through fictitious mails to inform individuals that they have received an amount that will be delivered after sending the authentication form along with a specified sum. The letterhead in the mail uses the logo of the Customs & Central Excise and International Monetary Fund. The name and address given on the form, however, is that of the Department of Disinvestment.
