The CSE-40 index opened at 7145.94 and remained almost flat to end at 7145.25. The local bourse gained 60.06 points in the previous session.

Blueprint Securities was at Rs 309.30. Infosys Technologies was marginally higher at Rs 2333.90 at close.
Larsen & Toubro ended the day lower at Rs 1569.50. Tata Steel ended lower at Rs 432. SBI was at Rs 2473 at close.
