CSE index gains 38 points

The benchmark index, CSE-40, was higher by 38.20 points during the trading session. The local bourse was up by 66.12.

The bourse opened at 6882.19 and during the day it inched up to close 6920.39.

Total trading volume was Rs 11.66 crore from 15 scrips.

Blueprint Securities was at Rs 309.20. Infosys was higher at Rs 2281.60 at close.

State Bank of India was at Rs 2368 and Tata Steel was higher at Rs 423 at close.

Twenty-First Century was at Rs 327.20
