13 bombs seized

As many as 13 crude bombs

were today seized from a bush near a railway track here in Kannur district, police said.

The bombs were kept hidden in the bush close to the railway track and a temple, they said.

They were seized during a routine check carried out in and around Thalassery and further investigation was on, police added.
