14-year-old dies of gunshot wound in JK's Rajouri

A 14-year-old boy today died of a gunshot injury caused by an accidental fire from a rifle at his residence in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district tonight, police said.

Gagan Ram, son of Raja Ram, was injured after the rifle of a village defence committee (VDC) member accidentally went off, they added.

The boy was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to injuries, officials said.
