2 Indians held in Nepal for drug trafficking

Two Indians have been arrested in Nepal for allegedly carrying 15 kgs of illegal marijuana in the country's Parsa district near Indo-Nepal border.
Police said that acting on a tip-off, they laid a trap in Bahuarwabhatha area yesterday and nabbed Sujit Dube, 22 and Bhikhari Chaudhary, 20 as they tried to smuggle 15 kgs of marijuana, an illegal contraband, to India on a bike.
The accused hail from Bihar. Further investigations were underway to book them under relevant provisions of the law, police said.
