2 minor brothers drown in pond in UP

Two minor brothers drowned while taking a bath in a pond in Parsia village in the Haldi area, police said Monday.

The incident took place Sunday when Krishna (9) and Shyamu (7) were taking bath in the pond and slipped into deep waters, they said.

The bodies of the victims were later fished out from the pond by locals.
