22 swine flu deaths in Telangana since August 2016: Govt

Twenty two people lost their lives due to swine flu and other complications in Telangana during August 1, 2016 to June 2, the state government said here today.

As many as 11,131 samples have been tested during the period and 1,518 of them were found positive for the virus, a state government bulletin on swine flu said.

It said 16 samples were tested yesterday and that no positive case was found.

Sufficient stock of medicines and testing kits are available at different hospitals in the state, the bulletin added.
