24-year-old tribal man commits suicide in Kendrapara district

A 24-year-old tribal settler allegedly ended his life today after slitting his throat by a shaving razor blade at Belarpur village in Derabish area of Odisha's Kendrapara district.

Domestic feud might have prompted the man, who was earning his livelihood as a daily-wager, to commit suicide, police said.

The profusely bleeding Debraj Rahidas was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead. A case has been registered in this connection and the incident is being investigated, they said.
