Three persons have been arrested for allegedly robbing people of gold ornaments, cash and a motorcycle at gunpoint in northeast Delhi's Shahdara area, police said today.
On the intervening night of August 7 and 8, Deepak Dutt (36), Punit Rana (28) and Shahid (29) robbed gold ornaments, cash and mobile phones from a house. While fleeing, they also robbed gold ornaments and a motorcycle from a couple, A K Singla, DCP (northeast) said.
After scanning the CCTV footage, Deepak was arrested on September 14 from Indirapuram. His accomplice, Shahid, was arrested on September 19, while Punit was nabbed from Indirapuram on September 25, he said.
