A case was registered against three persons, on the court's directions, for allegedly killing one of their tenants by throwing him off the roof in Dehat police circle area here in June.
One Turram Singh of Nagla Beech village and two others were booked yesterday for killing the former's tenant by throwing him off the roof on June 21 this year, Sub Inspector N D Tiwari said.
The daughter of the deceased had to approach the court as the police refused to file an FIR in the case.
No arrests have been made in the case, police said, adding that the investigation was on.
