3 of family shot dead by Maoists

Three members of a family have been gunned down allegedly by the Maoists at Murmu village in Lohardaga district.

They were shot dead by the ultras of the CPI (Maoist) last night, Superintendent of Police Manoj Ratan said here today.

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das condemned the ghastly killings.

Das expressed condolences to the bereaved family and talked to police officials following the incident.
