30 school children injured after school vehicle capsizes

Thirty children of a private school were injured when the vehicle carrying them capsized at Namiyur in this district today, police said.

All the children have been hospitalised, they said.

It was not immediately clear if any of them were in serious condition.

Parents of the children blocked vehicular traffic for some time, alleging that the faulty condition of the vehicle led to the accident, police said.
