4 die in road mishap

Three children and a woman died

tonight while more than six persons were grievously injured when a tractor collided head-on with a car here, police said.

22-year-old Kamlesh, Sachin (9) and two children aged 8 and 10 died on the spot, police said.

The injured have been shifted to a local hospital, they said.

The tractor driver fled from the scene, they said, adding that a case has been registered in this connection and the matter is being probed.
