4killed, 1 injured afterfalling into sewage well in China

At least four persons were killed and another injured today after falling into a sewage well at a food company in central China's Hunan province.

The incident occurred when a cleaner for the Aoquan food company fell into the sewage well in Xiangxiang city.

Three workers, while attempting to help him, also fell into the well. Four of them died of poisoning, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

Another worker who sustained injuries has been sent to a local hospital.
