5 members of local committee killed in blast in Pakistan

At least five members of a local tribal peace committee were killed today in Pakistan when a remote controlled bomb detonated near their vehicle in the country's northwestern restive tribal region.
The vehicle of 'Aka Khel Peace Committee' was attacked near Dars Jumaat area in Tirah valley of Khyber Agency, police said.
The vehicle was completely damaged in the blast. A probe has been launched into the matter.
