6 killed as car collides with stationary tanker in UP

Six persons were today killed when the car in which they were travelling collided with a tanker in Khutar area of Shahjahanpur district, a police spokesman said here.

Priyanshu (24), Vishal (28), Pappu (30), Jeetu (35), Deepak (24) and Akash (25) were killed when their car collided with the stationary tanker on Khutar-Puranpur road, he said.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, police said, adding, an FIR has been lodged in this connection.
