60-yr-old Dholpur jail inmate dies

A murder convict died serving life imprisonment died at the Dholpur district jail late yesterday night.

Serving life imprisonment term at the jail in a case of murder, Bhura Ram (60) died mysteriously, SHO Kotwali Rajaram Gujjar said.

Following a court order, a medical board conducted post- mortem of the deceased following which the body was handed over to the family members for performing last rites.

Post-mortem revealed that the jail inmate had died of sudden cardiac arrest, Gujjar said.
