Amarachi Uyanna, a fifth grade student from Delta State out-performed nine other finalists in the contest to clinch a prize money of USD 6,300 yesterday.
"I am happy that I won. At first I was afraid and thought I would lose, but thank God I won in the end. I want to help orphans with the money, and also for the education of my two siblings as well as mine," Amarachi said after she was declared winner following a public voting process.
The reality TV show, sponsored by telecom giant Bharti Airtel commenced on September 16.
The Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Airtel Nigeria, Rajan Swaroop presented a cheque of ten million Nigerian naira to the winner.
