80-year-old man gets sentence for sexually harassing girl

A Mahila Court here has sentenced an 80-year-old man to three years imprisonment for sexually harassing a nine-year-old girl in 2013.

The man sexually harassed the girl when she had gone to her friend's house in Muniyasamipuram in November 25, 2013.

The girl's mother lodged a complaint to police, following which a case was registered and arrested him.

Mahila Court Judge Flora awarded the sentence yesterday.
