Absconder arrested after 8 years in Jammu
An absconder was today arrested after being booked in a case of crime eight years ago in Jammu district, police said.
Mohd Hanief of Majeen Tehsil in Jammu was arrested and produced before the court, a police official said.
He was involved in a case registered in 2009 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and was evading arrest since long, the official said.
