Absconder arrested after seven years in Jammu

An absconder was today arrested after being booked in a case of crime seven years ago in Jammu district, police said today.

Abdul Majid, who was yesterday arrested from Bahu Fort area of the city, was produced before the court, the police offical said.

He was involved in a case of crime and was evading his arrest since long, he said.
