Acoustic marathon in Delhi-NCR

The two-week long festival "Armageddon" featuring popular music bands like Parikrama, Advaita, Half step down, Bandish amnong others are set to perform at the [v] Spot Cafe + Bar,

Live music performances by leading artists, special comedy nights, Beer chug Olympics and a whole lot is scheduled to continue till July 29.

"The whole idea behind this concept was to have something which is not a regular features in pubs. And there is no scope for mundane music at all. There will be something of the choice of everybody present," says Subir Malik, the master mind behind the marathon.

Subir who is the driving force behind band 'Parikrama' says that " There will not just be one genre or one artist performing during the festival but multiple genres with series of artists back to back will offer unlimited variety to the audience."

 

The event has an interesting and massive line-up of talented artistes which includes Christopher Powell, Desmond Powell and Timson Thomas from Bandish, Sonam Sherpa and Imran Khan from Parikrama to offer unlimited music. There are more in the form of Dina Ralte, Harpreet Singh, Jasleen Royal, Kunal Dutta, Lisa M Powell, Manta Sidhu (MAP), Parvati and Nikhil, Pragnya Wakhlu, Shantanu Pundit and Sushmit Bose. MORE
