Actor George Eads files for divorce

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" star George Eads has filed for divorce from Monika Casey, his wife of four years.

The 48-year-old actor has filed papers to end his marriage citing irreconcilable differences, reported Contactmusic.

The former couple is battling over custody of their daughter Dylan, who was born in August, 2014.

Eads is seeking joint custody of Dylan, but Monika wants sole custody and spousal support.

He also claimed they signed a prenuptial agreement before the wedding, but the contract was not mentioned in Monika's legal papers.
