Air India appoints K S Reddy as new GM, Commercial

National carrier Air India has appointed K S Reddy as General Manager (Commercial), Southern Region, with immediate effect.

Reddy, who has 32 years of service in the carrier, was earlier serving the company as its General Manager -- Market planning at the company headquarters, Air India said in a statement today.

57-year-old Reddy joined Air India as a management trainee in Hyderabad in 1983 and has held various responsibilities which include Station Manager at Nagpur and Ahmedabad and also as a Country Manager in Bangkok, it said.
