Air Marshal Jolly visits Kalaikunda airbase

Air Marshal R K Jolly, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) of the Eastern Air Command, today reviewed preparedness of the air force station at Kalaikunda in West Bengal.

During his two-day visit to the air base in West Midnapore district, Jolly visited operational units and various facilities.

Defence sources said he expressed satisfaction with operational, maintenance and administrative preparedness of the airbase.

The Air Marshal was received by Air Commodore Rakesh Sinha at Kalaikunda yesterday.
