Akhilesh inaugurates sparrow conservation programme

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today inaugurated a sparrow conservation programme on the occasion of World Sparrow Day.

"Sparrows could be conserved by educating people on the issue. People must come forward so that the species could be conserved," he said.

Akhilesh presented mementos to winners of a quiz and felicitated participants of cycle rally on the occassion.
