A case has been registered against two persons, one of them being a desciple of Asaram, on court order for allegedly raping a sadhvi at an ashram in Vrindaban two years ago.
The victim alleged that Krishna Das, the disciple of Asaram who is himself facing rape charges, and another person, molested and gangraped her near Gore Dau Ji Ashram, Vrindaban, on January 16, 2014.
She alleged that when she approached the police they did not register an FIR so she had to go to the court.
"The FIR has been registered on the court order under section 376(D)/500 of IPC," police said.
