Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today said the state government will release a "white paper" by next month on Centre's grants to the state.
The state government will publish details of all grants received under Plan and non-Plan segments, an official release said.
The details include flow of funds from 2001 to 2015 during both UPA and NDA regime, it added.

Besides, the 'white paper' will include details of reduction of funds by the present NDA government too, Gogoi said.
Gogoi also challenged BJP's Assam unit in-charge Mahendra Singh to publish a 'white paper' to inform public about the grants given by the earlier and the current NDA governments to the state.
"The common people have the right to know how much of the election promises have been fulfilled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi," Gogoi said.
