Bajaj Finance raises Rs 490 cr via NCDs

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 490 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held today allotted 4,900 unsecured subordinated redeemable non-convertible debentures, it said in a filing on BSE.
Bajaj Finance said the allotment of NCDs of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregates to Rs 490 crore.
Shares of the company closed 0.07 per cent up at Rs 8,685.50 on BSE.
